FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for a school that has teachers that have a vast background as teachers and not just players who are teaching to make a little extra money. This is especially important when trying to find a percussion, drum, or guitar teacher. Also, look for a school that offers ensemble playing experiences like string ensemble, rock band, jam nights, or percussion ensembles. Most of all, take a trial lesson that will let you get a feel for the teachers. They should be friendly, encouraging, and supportive of the student in their effort to become the musician they can hear in their mind.
