What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The State of Texas Government Code § 406.024 sets out the standard fees a notary public may charge.
And all services provided by Signatures by Jerrie will incur a travel/trip charge separate from the standard Texas Notary fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new client, we strive to make the process as simple and easy as possible for them. Of course we don't want anyone to feel like that have been wasting their time, so we are here to help when it matters most.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although notaries are not required to take a course or pass a test to become a Texas notary we have decided to protect ourselves from liability by learning proper procedures and understanding the Texas notary laws that govern us.
And training is available to notaries around the world at an affordable cost and the benefits help us avoid errors, so that we can notarize with confidence.
