- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They are based primarily on the customer’s needs. I know some people just don’t have the time and I want this service to be accessible. I try to make the price reflect that. I put a lot of time and effort into the parties I plan. But I love it!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any planning takes place there needs to be a discussion where expectations and budget are clearly defined. It’s so important the customer and I are on the same page not just creatively but also on the logistical aspect of the planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in Theatre Arts. Having an eye for theatrics helps so much with planning a fun and unique party!
