I’ve cooked in Alaska, was the head chef at a restaurant in river oaks, the former chef of Tesla Giga Factory in Austin tx. I’m one of the Executive chefs for spectrum concessions. I graduated from culinary school back in 2018. Cooking is definitely my passion. I usually drive long distance so don’t be afraid that i won’t drive to your location.

Planning a wedding comes with unexpected changes, and finding a cocktail hour caterer just weeks before our wedding could have easily become stressful—but Cierra made the process feel effortless from beginning to end. Not only was she able to accommodate us on short notice, but she delivered beautifully. The cocktail hour was exactly what we envisioned—elegant, seamless, and thoughtfully executed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned to keep guests satisfied while still leaving room to enjoy dinner. We received so many compliments! What stood out most was Cierra’s professionalism, flexibility, responsiveness, and willingness to show up for us during such an important season. Decided to hire a bartender for our Halloween party when I realized over 20 people would be there. And I am SO SO SO glad we did. Chef C was so responsive and helpful. Our bartender, Baldo, was super professional and flexible. My only regret is not adding on catering. Keep your sanity when you throw a party and hire Chef C and her team!
