I hired Chef Carlos Scipio as a surprise for my wife to celebrate our 13th year anniversary. Honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had. He created and executed a beautiful, deliciously menu. From the appetizer to the dessert. Everything was perfect. He pulled it off to perfection. My wife love a Mac ‘n cheese so he was sure to put it into the menu and she loved it. He is a master at what he does. The meal was very filling and he prepared enough that we were able to eat off of the left overs the next day. That praline cheese cake was phenomenal and will definitely melt in your mouths. My wife and I are going to be starting meal preps with Chef Carlos. He was very accommodating as well. He came up and done a nice setup in our suite. By far this was one of the best experiences we’ve shared. We can’t thank Chef Scipio enough for making our anniversary a special night. It was beyond our expectations and we highly recommend this chef to make your event special.

Chef Carlos was extremely professional with a warm and inviting personality. He made our private chef experience something to remember, the menus were personalized and the table was set beautifully. Every single course was perfectly seasoned and prepared with love. Even his sweet tea and lemonade was spot on.
With his food being a mixture of family and self made recipes, we were able to get a real taste of that famous New Orleans cooking we were looking for. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality personalchef experience. I could really tell that we were truly valued as customers.

Chef was amazing to work with from beginning to end! He was so responsive and helpful beforehand. He also created an amazing menu that caters to everyone’s needs. He arrived with plenty of time to prepare the meal and brought his own cookware which was super important as we were in an Airbnb. Best of all the meal he created it was absolutely delicious!! I wish he lived closer so I could use his services again but will be recommending to anyone in the NOLA area. Thank you again chef!!

Chef Scipios was a true professional. He came to the home my friends and I rented in New Orleans and cooked brunch for the bachelorette weekend. The food was delicious. And the portion sizes were nice. We even had food leftover for the next day. We also had a drinks package, which was great! I would highly recommend Chef Scipios for your next event.
