- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very transparent. Every invoice will include: Taxes Travel ( local, out of city, and out of state all have different fees) Gratuity Anything additional given by my client is by their own will and never required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is a thorough text or call consultation. There I would send you a questionnaire that will help me get to know your good personality. In the consultation we also discuss pricing and possible event add ons to ensure we understand what is to be done. Also to determine if any site visits need to be done. Secondly, I will draft a service contract and send you a proposed menu. You have a number of revisions to make sure every element of your menu is perfect. Lastly, I will send you reminders and follow ups, and show up!

After working Women’s Day 2020 in the James Beard Kitchen in NYC, I quickly realized where my passion lies.
