They responded and got me scheduled quickly. I needed basic shelf lining done because I acquired a new home and despite deep cleaning I wasn't comfortable putting my things on the shelves. I'm going to do a full remodel, but in the meantime I just wanted an extra layer of coverage on the old shelves. They purchased the liners, didn't seem rushed, and even went to purchase more liner when they ran out. I'm giving 4 stars because they missed some shelves completely and didn't properly fit the liner in others (see photo for example).

I created the project at 11:00 pm and they responded right away with an offer. I expected a 3d design but maybe that was miscommunicated. Once I was referred to a representative to complete the order she wasn't as responsive as the owner and didn't meet the deadline her owner set.

My husband gifted me with Lady Lanes and I thought it was a bit strange. However, now I have had them back three times. It was the gift I didn’t know I needed in my life. They painted some furniture pieces for me and designed by bedroom. They are now working on an accent wall. I did not have the budget for an interior designer but Lady Lanes has helped me get my house looking the way I want. All of my friends and family compliment my home when they visit.
