My name is Karen and my husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kim Miller. My family was moving into a bigger house and we really needed help packing things up for the move. We were also stressing because we had to make the move in a very short period of time. Kim was so good and helpful with getting things organized, wrapped, and boxed up! My family had some difficulty deciding whether to keep certain items or get rid of them. Kims ideas for the organization of what to keep vs. what to donate were so practical. She knows how to get the job done effectively and efficiently while still making it fun along the way. Kim made moving so much easier for all of us! We seriously could not have done this without her. I highly recommend Kim! We will call on her again in the future!

My sister gave me the gift of Kim's services for a 40th anniversary gift. That should give you a clue how many years i have had to accumulate stuff for her to go through and sort out. The truth of the matter is that I had her concentrate specifically on papers. I kept saying to her, "Are you completely overwhelmed?" She'd smile and say, "It's your stuff, not mine...this energizes me!" Within minutes she had 10 boxes on my king sized bed with sticky notes to sort them into to groups and she began going through piles of unfiled papers and drawers of files folders so full you could not get anything in or out! She worked tirelessly and within several hours had a few piles for me to look through. She had a recycle pile, a shred pile and had reorganized my stuff into categories that really made sense. I have hope. I feel like a ton of weigh has been lifted off and I feel like my life is manageable. I would have paid anything for this help. She is fast, efficient, kind,reliable and I felt no judgment with her perusing through my mess. I highly recommend her and in my experience, you will not be disappointed. Take the money and invest in you and your sanity! It is worth it!

Oh my word! Thank you for working on my garage! I have cleaned it out before, but cleaning out is not nearly the same as organizing. It so easy for me to find all of my stuff now, and I am not ashamed to leave my garage door open anymore. I might have to have you tackle the kitchen next.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard hourly rate or I offer cost-efficient packages which include premium services depending on if its an entire house or just a closet and amount of time needed. Its best to discuss the best option for your job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone consultation to determine needs and best package rates. Assess your living environment and discover your road blocks. Figure out your “time wasters”- determine the cause and create solutions. Customize an organizing plan that is specific to your goals, lifestyle and personal preferences. The client will work with me in purging process but then with client's approval I do the organizing myself. I usually work in 5 hour sessions per day. Clients can be home or I can work while you are at work :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of various organizations that allow me to continue furthering my education in customer relations and organizing.
