I've been servicing the Woodlands/Houston area for almost 10 years now. I created Do It For Life Fitness shortly after receiving a bachelor's Degree from Sam Houston St. University. I have always had a passion for physical fitness, I continue to stay motivated by seeing my clients train and experience personal success. In my experience, motivation is the main factor in achieving your goals. Anything is possible if you want it bad enough. As a personal trainer and coach, my goal is to help my clients determine goals that are realistic based on their level of commitment. Fitness goals, nutrition goals and life goals are all equally important. Eating a plant-based diet for over 5 years has helped me gain a different perspective on nutrition and fitness. I now look at nutrition through an alternate lens and I understand that there are many different diets as well as training methods that work. It’s about finding the right fitness and nutrition regimen for each person. What works for one, doesn’t necessarily work for all, and what works for all, doesn’t always work for the one. I’ve been fortunate enough to train some amazing people, from all walks of life, and look forward to training new ones.
