I started training with Michaela about a month ago to help me get back into working out after having my son. I needed accountability, motivation, and a push to rebuild my discipline and Michaela has delivered on all of that. She’s patient and never rushes me or makes me feel like an inconvenience when I need flexibility to tend to the baby’s needs. She meets me where I am physically, and challenges me in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming. I’ve already noticing muscle gains after just a month.
