Coaching Packages
Premium In-Person Personal Training (Limited to 5 clients)
Minimum commitment: 2 sessions per week
This is my highest level of private coaching. You train fully in person with custom programming built around your goals, body, and lifestyle. Sessions focus on strength, fat loss, mobility, and long-term performance. This tier is high accountability, high structure, and results driven.
• 2 sessions per week (8 per month): $760 / month
• 3 sessions per week (12 per month): $1,080 / month
Recommended for clients who want the fastest progress and full hands-on coaching. Availability is intentionally limited.
Hybrid Personal Training (Blended In-Person + Online Coaching, 5 slots)
Minimum commitment: 1 in-person session per week
This combines in-person coaching with guided independent workouts. We meet to train, refine technique, and track progress, while your remaining workouts are structured through my coaching platform. You still receive accountability and custom programming while learning to train independently.
• 1 session per week + online coaching: $525 / month
• 2 sessions per week + online coaching: $725 / month
Ideal for busy professionals who want results with flexibility and long-term accountability.
The Executive Reset — 90-Day Premium Transformation
A 90-day high-performance reset designed for professionals who want to rebuild their health, energy, and discipline.
Includes personalized programming, structured accountability, weekly check-ins, and performance tracking.

This is a premium coaching experience focused on long-term habit change, not quick fixes.
Digital Training Program (Self-Guided Coaching)
