Gema’s workouts are fun, enjoyable, and never boring as there is plenty of variety,, my tolerance level have improved tremendously with gema In just 1 month! She understyands what I need and have customized special workout program to fit my needs,, when I started with gema I had a knee injury but she have worked around it and have actually trained me to strengthen my leg muscles and my knee now never felt better,, I have more energy and feel great physically and mentally :)

I have already lost almost 10 lbs. working with Gem in one month. I am gaining muscle and losing inches. The workouts are intensive and she uses a variety of exercises that target every part of your body. Never gets boring....she is pleasant but all business. If toning and weightloss are your goal, she methodically takes you there. Also does it with a beautiful smile and pleasant demeanor. She is genuine and I couldn't ask for more with the personalized service.

I love, love, love Gemma. She’s such a kind soul who really wants to help people improve their quality of life. She never asks you to weigh in.
