We are a local bonded & insured, professional pet care provider in the Spring, Tomball, The Woodlands, Cypress & North Houston areas with over 15 years of professional experience. Our sitters come from all areas of the animal industry from veterinary medicine, groomers in training, trainers and kennel personnel. Our mission is for you to sleep well each night while you're away knowing your fur babies are happy and safe at home.

I cannot say enough good things about The Pet Lady services. My wife is extremely protective of our dogs, so she is always stressed when we leave them for vacation. Jen (who took care of our fur babies while we were gone) is an angel sent from heaven!!! We would get an update after every walk which would include pictures of the dogs, our trash was taken out on trash day, dogs meds we given to them. I am pretty sure my dogs are missing Jen already. We are going to be customers forever! Thank you so much to Elizabeth and Jen for providing such an amazing service. Looking forward to our next vacation already :-)

We can customize your pets stay and durations to whatever you may need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial phone call or email when we gather some basic information and confirm pricing. We then schedule a meet and greet to meet with you in person, meet your fur babies, go over more in-depth information, pick up keys and get you set up in your portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have been a veterinary technician for over 15 years and am currently working on getting my official dog training certification. Anyone else that works with me are all professionals within the animal industry.
