Our sitters come from all areas of the animal industry from veterinary medicine, groomers in training, trainers and kennel personnel.

Pet Lady is AMAZING. She did great job with my 4 baby cats. I was gone for 5 weeks and when I came back my babies looked beautiful and happy. Thank you for wonderful Job. I would recomend Pet Lady to everyone.

Elizabeth and her team were just what we needed. We like to take trips but we usually can't travel for long due to my lovely kitty Lovecraft being left alone.😺 We posted the need for a pet sitter on thumbtack and the pet Lady answered right away. We couldn't be more pleased with their service. Elizabeth met with us before our trip to get to know everything she could about Lovecraft. When we left she came everyday to feed and replace water. She brought in packages at our door. Took pictures to show us our kitty was safe and happy. It was fantastic! The Pet Lady really put my mind at ease. We will definitely use her services again.

Wonderful experience - Elizabeth helped us out in a last-minute pinch to care for our dog, 3 cats and 3 kittens. She took thorough notes to ensure she knew exactly how / when / where to feed each animal and what their needs were. We loved getting pictures of our fur babies while we were gone. We will definitely be using Elizabeth again, and recommend her without hesitation! :)

I can not express how grateful I am to have found The Pet Lady! They have been great with my pup Pia. I 100% trust them with her and also trust them with my home. They always send me a report with pictures of Pia saying how the walk went and they always answer any questions I have quickly! Pia seems to also love them so that's a super plus for me. We can customize your pets stay and durations to whatever you may need.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial phone call or email when we gather some basic information and confirm pricing. We then schedule a meet and greet to meet with you in person, meet your fur babies, go over more in-depth information, pick up keys and get you set up in your portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I myself have been a veterinary technician for over 15 years and am currently working on getting my official dog training certification. Anyone else that works with me are all professionals within the animal industry.
