- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront about the prices of parts I order for replacements and the labor costs I charge, which vary on how much the the part costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once customer has contacted me with their inquiry, I will quote them with a price. If customer agrees to move forward then we will set up an appointment for them to drop-off their phone for repair. If needed, we accept mail-ins as well, shipping will be paid for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-taught repairman in college, doing repairs and have many people satisfied with my work. I am also a technology major, soon to be finishing up this school year.
