What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please check out our website for all of our pricing information, we have no hidden fees, and all of our information can be found on our "about us" page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required at booking. Full payment is required before final delivery of high resolution images. Pricing and turnaround time are subject to change based on the characteristics of your photoshoot. Applicable sales tax will be added to all packages and print orders. Clients are required to use our professional print services to guarantee quality, we no longer provide print releases All prints and products are generated from our professional print vendors to ensure quality and color accuracy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional photographer for the past 6 years and have taken college courses on both photography and image editing. In addition we have an additional 6 years of hobby photography.
