Introduction: Hi to everyone reading this. My name is Jimmy and i am a local handyman/plumber and i live in Spring,Tx. I am placing this listing in the hopes that some of my neighbors, friends and families could better utilize some of my many talents for solving problems and fixing disasters that happen from time to time. Things like plumbing issues...Backed up drains & sewer, Broken pipe, New faucet,toilet and bathroom trim install, Re-piping. I also have a drywall, electrical, painting experience/pedigree so i feel that if i can offer a solid finished product or repair and do it for substantially less cost (avg. 20-30% less)It would be beneficial for both my customers and myself. Mr. Kirk came out to my residence to install a new hot water heater that I had purchased. He communicated his ETA and estimated labor hours very effectively and honestly. He was sure to let me know when he believed someone thing may take longer and provided a qualified honest reason why. Mr. Kirk provided what I would call “white glove” service and left no trace of his presence upon his departure. He was even kind enough to “haul away” the old hot water heater at no additional cost. I will surely be using Mr. Kirk again for other plumbing related needs I have such as new faucets and poorly draining drains and help with a poorly installed (not by Mr. Kirk) sprinkler system. Overall Mr. Kirk is a honest, hard working individual who knows his stuff and is willing share his knowledge and get the job done right first time.

I am not the biggest company by any means but because I don’t have the overhead cost I am able to be more reasonable with my pricing than most other plumbers in the area but still offer the same professional services. Guaranteed

1. Touch base and gather info about the scope of work needing to be performed. 2 Put together a well detailed estimate and answer any customer questions. 3. Go over pricing to make sure the customer is comfortable to move forward and secure the best time and date to start services
