FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You do not want the most expensive, nor the cheapest co tractor doing your work. They will both cost you, just in different ways. Go with the contractor you believe will give good work at a fair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First ask what the customer wants to accomplish and history of the roof. Them meet on site to assess the condition and look for defects. Then put together a comprehensive site plan to address the needs.

NRCA, Firestone applicator training, Carlisle applicator training, GAF applicator training, Versico applicator training, Johns Manville applicator training, Red Cross first aid, OSHA 8 hour course, CERTA train the trainer course, SFP application course.
