The owner was very responsive and timely with my inquiries. I had a minor problem with my 1st service. I contacted Mr. Heredia and as I said, he was very responsive, apologetic, and assured me his team will return to resolve my concern - they did, the same day. When his team arrived I was further impressed with their attitude and diligence to provide me with quality customer service. Jose, the yard maintenance technician, handled my issue with professionalism and an attitude of "we want to please our customers" - he took ownership of the situation to ensure I was satisfied. This experience made me realize Home Outdoor Service do in fact care about delivering quality work to their customers and retaining them - both of which are extremely important. Therefore, they certainly deserve an outstanding for standing behind their craft - from the owner to the yard maintenance crew.

I inquired about service with Home Outdoor Services to mow, edge, and blow the yard. Within 30 minutes, I was contacted by Jose and luckily, there was a crew in my area and they were here within 15 minutes. Michelle then contacted me to set up my account and asked if I had any questions. The crew did a great job! One of the services that we offer is regular lawn maintenance and for this type of service we do have a standard price based on the size of the lot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of the times we need to set up a time in order to meet with the client, to understand their needs and wants. After that, we will prepare an estimate and finally get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire several professionals with different skills and expertise given that no job will be the same.
