- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You do not have to sign any contract. The classes are virtual. One on One General Spanish and Spanish for specific purposes--minute class. • $60 per class. Group 2 to 4 students General Spanish, Spanish for specific purposes—60-minute class. • Two students: $50 per class for each student • Three students: $45 per class for each student. * Four students: $40 per student per class. Conditions: It is required to prepay for four classes in advance. If you decide for any reason to stop them, I will reimburse you for the remaining amount. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- I like to have an introductory conversation by Zoom or phone call with the students to learn about their specific needs, motivations to study Spanish and answer any questions that they may have. 2- I send an invitation to take a free 60 minutes trial lesson. If the person has some knowledge of Spanish, I sent a test assessment before the trial. 3- The student processes to schedule the classes at the time of its convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA. I had more than 20 years, leading teams, motivating, training, and helping others to find success. During my English learning process, I discovered the dos and don’ts of teaching a language, so I decided to help people learn Spanish. That incredible experience drove me to create Nova Spanish. I also worked as a Substitute teacher in Conroe ISD, and I am teaching Spanish private since 2017.
