Heather responded to my request on Christmas Day! Very prompt, polite customer service. My previous pool company had recommended a new spa heater ($3,000). Crystal Clear Pools fixed the heater with a simple $250 repair. Very satisfied! Highly recommend Crystal Clear Pools.

If you're looking for a reliable pool service, this is the one. After all this flooding my pool was black. David came out and vacuumed the pool and balanced my chemicals. We will certainly call with any future pool issues.

Everyone was professional and got straight to the point of our pool equipment concerns. The technician that completed the pump replacement was helpful and friendly. We did have miscommunications receiving our original quote (took longer than expected) but once communication was established the process has moved along well.
