Really appreciated the phone call outlining their procedures. I hired them for pool cleaning and maintenance, as well as for service. It’s been a great experience so far

Very disappointed in this service. I hired him to do a green to clean cleaning and also to clean my filter. He did not put my filter back together correctly and it was missing a washer. He also did not put DE back into my filter after cleaning it. I fixed all of these issues myself and invited him to not come back as I do not want to fix more things. It's really frustrating to hire a "professional" for hundreds of dollars for them to do a worse job than I could do on my own. Do not recommend.

This customer did not maintain her equipment properly. She was advised what equipment needed repair buy chose not to repair it. She was advised of what a responsible home owner would do to remedy her entire property being in disrepair. If she could do it herself, it wouldn't have been the most disgusting swamp of a property I have ever been to. We have done 5000 Pools this year with 1 complaint. I feel there is some responsibility on my part, but also responsibility of the homeowner to do their part. Unfortunate on both sides
