I hired this company on August 2, they showed up the next day serviced the pool and showed up Monday. We cleaned the filters the 6th and told them. They said they would be out on the 8th (Thursday) and did not show up nor answer phone calls they showed up the 9th to put DE in the filters and told us to run it all weekend and they would be back Monday the 12th. The pool was so clear that weekend we were in aww and even found our silver dish pool at the bottom of the pool! Well, no one showed up no one calls us or anything. I call Wednesday and ask what was going on and was told they would be there Thursday every week once the pool was fixed. Mind you the pool was green and allergy was all in it and was not fixed by this time they had been there 3 times at this point. they showed up Thursday the 15th to only put more chemicals in it and that was all. The pool keep a film of white bubbles and foam until the 24th is when that started to go away. they were to be back out on Monday the 19th no one showed up but they did come on the 20th and put more chemicals. of course us being upset with their lack of showing up when they told us to was making us upset. They said they could vacuum because the pool was cloudy. If they would show up when they said they would they would have seen a clear pool. We are told they would come Monday to take apart the filters and make sure it was working and there was no damage but it rained so they show up the 27. I see them scrap out leaves at the top and put more chemicals don't see a vacuum or the filters apart they were there no more than 25-30 mins. I wake up Wednesday to my pool and spa being 1/3 of the way drained. I call them they come out turn water on say its a bad gasket on the multiport valve and needs to be replaced and that's why it was draining. I am told and I quote "the part is $12.89" so I say OK and give them my card number its not a big charge so no huge grief. I was also told that the shallow end of the pool was vacuumed. I come home to the pool and spa still low. While I am on the phone with them, (they are instructing me to turn the water on and let the pool run all night) I look at the shallow end and still see crap at the bottom and tell the lady on the phone. She then tells me "we could only brush it" after already telling me that it was vacuumed. Its left at that. Thursday I look at my bank account to see a $112.89 charge. I'm upset anyone would be. I call and my phone call is not answered but I leave a VM requesting a refund. I hear nothing back so I call them from a different number that afternoon and guess what they answer it. I tell her I'm unhappy with the service and explain all this to her she said she would tell me the part only cost that because they was labor cost and a service call. She did not once tell me anything about labor fees or service cost. They came because the pool was draining and I don't believe a gasket caused that. Besides the point, after everything she said she would refund the $112.89 but not the month of service fee, keep in mind they haven't even been out for a full month. Shes tells me that they were out 3-4 times a week. which was not true and blames the rain for not coming. The rain prevented 1 day from them coming. I was told the owner would contact me in a week to talk about the service refund when I tried to tell her I didn't wait a week to pay my service fee or the $12.89 she hung up on me.

We had an amazing pool building experience with Crystal Clear Pools, from start to finish. Dave was our main contact, and explained the process thoroughly and completely when we came in to the office. He came out to the house just to confirm what we thought our measurements were. CCP gave us a great and very competitive price, so with that and with the experience we had working with Dave, we chose to go with them. They were outstanding in every aspect - we got a phone call and email letting us know what each stage of the process was, and when it would be occurring. Each step was seamless and the crew was great. Our project was completed in about 6 weeks and we couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend CC Poosl to anyone!
