What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. Pricing is based on how complex the tax, bookkeeping, and or payroll situation is. We also offer a referral program where you can either have your preparation fees discounted or receive the $$$ in your pockets. How cool is that!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free 15-20 minute consultation for all new customers, to answer questions and get a better idea if we are a good fit to work with each other and move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take yearly approved Continuing Education courses and are certified through the IRS Annual Filing Season Program.
