Jason was extremely responsive to a large office- wide tv install over a weekend on very short notice. He provided the best brackets we have seen. He followed up the day after to deal with a few things we added. We will have him back in future.

Jason installed ceiling speakers in our living room and a center speaker - the sound is fantastic. He only recommends products he has confidence in and these were top of the line speakers. He then helped us set up google chrome and showed us how to use the various settings on the receiver to get the best results. He was on time and completed all work when he said he would be done. He was knowledgeable of the set up and explained in great deal for me and my wife what he was doing each step of the way. I would highly recommend NU-Concept again. Outstanding workmanship and knowledge.

Jason wall mounted my TV and installed my sound bar and Blue Ray. He set everything up and stayed on the job until everything was working properly. The charge was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend him.

Jason at Nu Concepts was unbelievably helpful in ways that I would have never expected a technician to be. He came to help on the same day notice at a very reasonable quote compared to other professionals, and without trying to sell anything provided expert advice and feedback about the pros and cons of the surround sound speakers I had and the setup I wanted. When I determined I needed a different center speaker (my mistake in getting the wrong one to start), Jason found a great deal through his network then drove 1 hour to get the speaker and back to my home. He then proceeded to install 5 in-ceiling speakers into my 12+ feet ceilings and set up my surround sound in an amazing way. In the meantime I had been waiting for internet provider technican to come to set up internet at my new home which hadn't been working. Jason took the extra time to check all our connections, find out the cause of the problem and fix it as well.
Separately he was supposed to mount my 75 inch TV, which unfortunately we realized was damaged during delivery once we opened the box. Nevertheless Jason installed the mount and voluntarily offered to come back when the replacement TV arrives to help mount it.
All in all, Jason worked for nearly 6 hours including travel to get the special center piece speaker (at a discount as well), and despite the challenging work honored his original quote. I was so appreciative of his help that I wanted to pay a bit more just because I saw how hard he worked for us. I cannot recommend Jason @ Nu Concepts enough and will be sure to use him in any other work I have going forward.
