Michael with Reign Home Innovations did an outstanding job completing our home theater setup. From the very beginning, he mentioned that he treats every project as if it were his own home, and that immediately gave me confidence that he would approach the job with care and attention to detail. He absolutely delivered on that promise.
Throughout the process, Michael offered thoughtful suggestions on placement and positioning, especially for our speakers, to ensure everything looked clean, symmetrical, and performed at its best. He took the time to make sure we were completely satisfied with every decision before finalizing anything. The final installation was flawless, everything is perfectly aligned and professionally mounted.
When my wife saw the finished setup, she was genuinely amazed (and let’s be honest spouse approval is everything!).
I also want to highlight Michael’s dedication. One of his team members became sick and was unable to assist on the project, but Michael still showed up and completed the entire job on his own. The level of quality and precision he maintained while working solo truly speaks volumes about his professionalism and commitment.

Michael and his crew were very professional and responsive in making sure I get exactly what I needed with my surround sound install. They were also about to fix some issues that Geek Squad had caused. All in all excellent caliber of work from a knowledgeable installer, will use Reign again in the future.
