Michael and his crew were very professional and responsive in making sure I get exactly what I needed with my surround sound install. They were also about to fix some issues that Geek Squad had caused. All in all excellent caliber of work from a knowledgeable installer, will use Reign again in the future.

It’s going to be impossible to write a long enough review to explain how amazing these guys were. How many companies do you know that show up at 11 AM for a job that they thought would take three hours and stay until 8pm to get it right? These guys did. They were well spoken, knowledgable, and synergistic. They didn’t leave until they had done everything possible to problem solve the issues inherit to adding hard- wired networking in an older home with barely any space in the walls where the wires needed to run. They also installed a fan in a study where no overhead light existed. This may seem like simple tasks to most people, but there were some inherent challenges with the structure of this home. I want to state again that they were here for nine hours and worked nonstop to problem solve and still got the job done. The quote didn’t change. They were super detailed. Would hire again and will hire again.

Mike did an excellent job mounting my 2 TVs. He went above and beyond by helping me set up a mount on my tv stand as well. He was also very friendly and made great conversation while he was installing the TVs. 5+++ stars highly recommended.
