- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is equivalent to the type of work we are doing, with possible post production ( editing) time In mind. An example would be if you were a marketing company that wanted to hire our team to help rebrand your website by taking marketing and promotional photos and videos that you intend to use for many years, then the cost essentially will be hire. We understand the budget and marketing cost that are allocated for a project and we do keep this in mind with providing a quote. Being transparent as possible on your end on allocated cost to a project assists us in understanding what type of deliverables we can assist with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to inquire on their expectations and vision of their future project they want, understand their needs and provide examples of what I could bring to the table ( links of work that relate/ new ideas) . I encourage they ask me as many questions as possible as I ask them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors of Science in Digital Media from the University of Houston, emphasis in motion media( videography ) and minor in organizational leadership. I have a wide range of customer experience and have technology, retail and sports background since I’ve worked with Apple, Microsoft and interned for the Houston Rockets.
