- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies from project to project and a lot of times it depends on what the client's budget is. You can produce a 30 second commercial for under a thousand dollars or spend several hundred-thousand dollars on an epic commercial worthy of playing during the Super Bowl. While pricing may vary we can tell you this... we have options for every type of budget and look forward to figuring out a way to meet your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well, we typically like to talk to clients about what they're looking for first to make sure we can deliver what they need. If we are a good match I ask them more questions about the project. Sometimes people know exactly what they want and other times people need help with an idea. The most important thing is figuring out what message they want to send with a video and who there target market is. We want to be very clear on that before moving forward. Once that's figured out... the magic begins!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Founder & CEO of Aja Vickers Global Media, I bring over 12 years of production experience shooting, writing, editing, and producing content for network television, businesses, non-profits, individuals, and artists. I have shot every genre imaginable and know how to capture whatever mood you're looking to showcase. As far as my team goes, they bring years of experience and professionalism to the table as well. They go above and beyond to make sure things are done on time and on budget.
