- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quotes are based on the volume of affected area. Subject to change depending on the extent of the damage/contamination after initial work has begun. Ask about our Military/First Responder Discount!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A dude will schedule a time for an initial inspection which is minorly invasive to detect the possible presence of organic growth and/or moisture. Upon the completion of the inspection we will explain our findings and next steps to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC/Licensed Insurance Adjuster
