Water heater went out and needed to be replaced. Contacted Plumbing and Drain Innovations and was contacted immediately. Cole came out the same day and showed me the issues. Decided to do a tankless water heater, and it was done the next day and at a very fair price. Very professional, prompt, and great communications. He even marked a nail hole in the roof he noticed that was leaking so I could get it repaired! Could not be happier with the quality of work and their professionalism. They will be my go-to for all my plumbing work!

Just bought a 20 year old house. The water heater was kluged together, leaking, and had a hose hanging out of it that appeared to be used for hooking up a natural gas generator. Dangerous! (See first picture with the two pipes draining out to the garage floor.) Plumbing and Drain Innovations’ quote was competitive but their solution was indeed innovative. Cole explained what needed to be replaced and why, that water coming out of the pipe signaled trouble, and found a way to have the pipes leak outside and not all over the garage floor. (See pics #2-4.) Both Tim and Cole are friendly and professional. You might find a cheaper price — but not a good solution. I highly recommend Plumbing and Drain Innovations.
