- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined by the job. We do not charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases, prices will be given in person after a proper diagnosis of the situation. Once a price is agreed upon, a written estimate will be signed and work performed. Payment will be due upon completion of the work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Have been a licensed plumber for 20yrs and have been a licensed master plumber for 12 years. I've managed large plumbing companies over the past 10 years and decided this year to start my own company.
