The wedding cake for my niece was delicious, very moist. I had to drive over an hour with the cake, she wrapped the cake very well, it didn’t move at all.

Liz went above and beyond my expectations for our wedding reception cake! At first I wasn't sure if we would have the right ribbons or colors as they were very hard to find. But Liz figured out a solution that still looked beautiful. It turned out just like I had hoped. One of the anxieties for brides is if everything will turn out how she wants and I can say Liz delivered with the cake. It looked great and guest loved it!

Our wedding prices start at $3-$4 per serving for buttercream cakes, $4-$5 per serving for fondant.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the preliminary quote, we will meet with you for a cake tasting and design session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Liz Stevens has 25 years experience with custom cake design, including 2 years experience as a Wilton instructor and 2 years experience working in commercial bakeries. Liz Couvillion has culinary education from Lone Star College and 5 years experience in commercial bakeries.
