I needed the glass panel on my front door replaced, and Jay Hartness delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He came out right away, took precise measurements, and ordered the specialty glass the same day. Throughout the process he stayed in communication, checked in regularly, and let me know exactly when he would return for installation.Jay arrived on time, worked efficiently, and had the new glass installed in under 30 minutes. My door has eight wood panels, and you cant even tell which one was replaced, the craftsmanship is that good.If I ever need glass work done again, Jay will be the first person I call.
