My approach focuses on balance, posture, foot strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation. The goal isn’t to master advanced poses, it’s to move well, feel strong, and carry that into your daily life.
I’m Carrie, founder of On Solid Ground Yoga. I’ve practiced yoga since 2007 and became certified in 2020. Yoga has supported me through parenting, anxiety, cancer treatment, and major life transitions, and that lived experience shapes how I teach: practical and encouraging.
