During some recent minor home renovations, we had our "handyman" do some chimney repair( replaced cap up top to prevent rain and squirrels from entering). During Superbowl, I almost asphyxiated from the carbon monoxide fumes (turns out the handy-man installed cap was too small). David arrived on time and made time for some "fireside chat" to fully explain the problem and risk! I chose David for 2 reasons; customer reviews and the fact that his minimum inspection fee (that they all charge) was included in his final bill for repairs. The "competition" charges a service call fee and then adds repairs (labor & parts) to that initial inspection fee. David was honest gentleman providing a specialized service at a reasonable cost. I would use him again.
