- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices range dependent upon the project... Organizing starts at $50 per hour and is project specific. Every project is unique, and pricing is tailored to your specific needs. We offer clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. For larger projects, payment plan options are available. While we don’t typically discount our services (our work is customized and detail-driven), we do offer complimentary consultations to ensure we’re the right fit before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary consultation, preferably in-person to understand your goals, style, and budget. From there, we create a customized plan (whether staging, styling, organizing, or seasonal décor), provide a detailed proposal, and schedule the installation or service. We handle all the heavy lifting so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience.
