Dani took great care of my dogs. She is very affordable. Always on time. Gets along great with the dogs. She even taught them a couple new tricks. I would highly recommend her services to anyone with special need animals. Always A pleasure working with Dani.Jan 31, 2020Herd & Home Pet Services LLC's reply
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! I loved the opportunity to care for your pack.

Thank you so much! Always a fun time visiting the Seals!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? No drive is too far when it comes to the right care, but sometimes it costs a little more to get there. I promise your furry family members will be healthy, happy, and feel loved when they leave here- the same way my own does every day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we discuss what their expectations are- of me and of their pet(s), the amount of time we're working with and what we can realistically achieve, or how I can ease their worries and answer any questions that might come up. Then, typically I visit with a client in person so that we can make sure everyone feels comfortable with each other and we make our first connection, which is necessary to create trust and work successfully with any client (human or pet). If for any reason I feel that I will not be beneficial to their needs, or able to provide the level of care I commit to, I believe it is my responsibility to make sure they are aware, provide them with better alternatives so they can make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I previously trained and worked as a Veterinary Assistant, I also choose to complete ongoing education courses through the AKC and Pet Sitters International. My previous career-role (Manager at an Amazon Delivery Station) left me unfulfilled and burned out from supervising over 300 employees every day. Now I use all of that management experience to divert excess energy from canines that can't contain themselves, so that they find their calm before they return to their previously scheduled pet lives.
