I felt the assessment and quality of work was great. I did receive a 400$ bill for diagnosis of a leak in a pipe underneath and 600$ bill to fix. These multiple charges were not communicated well. There is a 95$ fee charged initially when they come out. I thought this was the diagnosis fee. They did ask to be paid before tub was checked and refilled. I held payment of the 600$ till job was complete.

The tech was excellent. He was punctual, courteous, knew the equipment and prompt. He took care of the problem quickly and the cost was less than 1/3rd of the estimated cost. I will use this company again, when needed and strongly recommend using HotTub Specialist when services are needed. A1 service!

The customer schedules a time for one of our technicians or representatives to come out and make an evaluation. The customer then accepts the evaluation. Depending if any products or parts need to be ordered. The job can be done the same day or scheduled afterwards when those parts or products arrive.
