I had an excellent experience with TruBlu , they were on top of it when I first requested this job to be done. They work fast and efficiently and do a great job at making everything look clean . They installed 4 plugs for me a ring camera and a fan (running power to the pavilion and hanging a new fan). I definitely plan on using them again for my future projects!

Extremely good service - When I got my house painted, I had painters replace all the old light switches, outlets and ceiling fans as I have always done in the past but this time, I used different painters who obviously didn’t know what they were doing. When they were done, I had lost the use of all of my 3-way switches, they used regular outlets where there had been GFCI and they put my fans on dimmer switches which is a fire hazard. My outdoor outlets had become unfunctional due to age and I needed a porch light installed. Normally when you have to go back and clean up someone else’s bad work it can take longer but these guys worked very efficiently so it took less time than I thought it would. I know little to nothing about electricity but they explained things without talking down to me. They are very pleasant to work with, the rates are reasonable, they arrived on time and they know what they are doing. I will be using them again for some new installs next time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone call to intoduce ourselves and find out what the customer is needing. We can then determine if our estimator needs to make a visit or if we can give the estimate over the phone. At that time, we will find out what the best day and time is for the customer and try our best to accomadate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of School at IEC in San Antonio to obtain the required knowledge to be eligable to take my State Exam for my Journeyman License. The State also requires a total of 8000 hrs of on the job training to be eligable to test for the Journeyman License. I have been working in the electrical field since 1998, started IEC in 2006 and completed it in 2010 while obtaining my hours. I then took my State Journeyman Exam and passed it on the first try in 2010! I am currently studying to get my Masters License
