He could have repaired my computer but he found that my computer maybe under a recall. He did a lot of research to find the best way to get my computer repaired through Apple. I would definitely use him again. Followed up with me and my contact with Apple. He is very honest. I really appreciated that.

My 2011 MacBook Pro which had worked completely fine since I had purchased it in 2011 suddenly refused to properly turn on. The power would go on but the screen remained blank and the keyboard would not light up. Intermittently the screen would come on extremely grainy for a brief time then blank. I had valuable data on my computer that I must save so I took the unit to the genius bar at apple and they diagnosed the probable issue as a failed logic board and stated that apple doesn't repair units this old and suggested trying to copy the data off the hard drive myself or send the unit out for data recovery. After some research I came upon Mr. Khan with GTT services on Thumbtack. I emailed him my problem and he promptly texted me within a few hours. From my description he felt it most likely was my hard drive failed and offered to do a free diagnostic to verify and an estimate for data recovery. I made an appointment that was convenient for us both within a few days of contact. I dropped the unit with him and he spent a good 20 minutes going over the potential problems and what he might be able to do to help. He reached out to me shortly with a definitive diagnosis of a failed hard drive and his estimate to replace it with an SSD with the most appropriate operating system version for this model Macbook Pro and an estimate for data recovery. I found his prices to be equivalent to the company that apple suggested for data recovery. Since Mr. Khan was local and he gained my trust from my interaction i asked him to proceed with repairs and data recovery. He was able to salvage all my data within the estimated time he gave me and my MacBook was running beautifully. I am impressed with Mr. Khan and his services. I would most definitely use him in the future should i need. He is up front and I was extremely satisfied.

I am exceptionally happy with the service I received. After having taken my 2008 Mac Pro to several places for repair (including an Apple store; and replacing parts that turned out to not be the issue. GTT Sevices had it repaired in less than 24 hrs. He was courteous, professional and able to diagnose the problem, get the parts, show me what was done, but also explain features inside my computer that I didn't know about. And repaired at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Mr Kahn!
