He was great! He's honest and a good guy AND my countertops are beautiful! They are prettier than I imagined.After I went with Jonas- the guy at the counter top store even said "I was hoping you would go with Jonas..he's a good guy" The guy at the counter store was good to me to . What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do in home estimates I take samples and pictures . Then I get measurements and then I give them a quote. Down payment is required to start the project.
