What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several different sessions based off the clients needs, most clients don't need to spend hours in the studio shooting so I offer a 15-20 session for those that need a quick session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal as a professional headshot photographer is to make sure my client leaves with the right types of images. Before I even start shooting I ask serious questions regarding to their profession, so that I can provide them accurate images.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a professional headshot photographer for over 20yrs, I'm also a preferred photographer for several modeling agencies.
