Our pricing is straightforward and based on the scope of the project, time required, and any materials needed. We discuss the work and expectations before getting started so there are no surprises. For larger projects, multiple tasks, or recurring work, we are happy to discuss package or repeat-customer pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing what you need and reviewing photos or project details when possible. This helps us understand the scope, bring the right tools, and identify any materials needed. We confirm the plan before starting, keep communication open throughout the job, and make sure everything is completed properly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from more than 20 years of hands-on work with home projects, furniture assembly, repairs, property maintenance, installations, and preparing properties for occupancy or turnover. We continue learning new products, installation methods, and tools so we can approach each project safely and efficiently.
