- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can build a custom package of photos, settings, and backgrounds that fit your needs. Pricing is based on the time required for the photo or video session and the number of edited images you want. You’ll receive all photos taken during the shoot, not just the edited ones. I use the standard mileage rate for travel to your location. And if you’re not satisfied with the photos or videos delivered, there is no charge to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a quick conversation to understand what the customer needs—whether it’s portraits, outdoor photography, content creation, or home documentation for insurance. From there, we discuss locations, style, timelines, and any specific details they want captured. Once the shoot is scheduled, I arrive prepared with the right equipment and walk the customer through the plan. After the session, I organize and edit the selected images or videos, then deliver everything in a clean, easy‑to‑use format. I keep communication clear and simple from start to finish so the customer always knows what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
have over 10 years of experience shooting portraits, action photos, and outdoor imagery. Much of my training came during my career with the U.S. Government, where attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and visual clarity were essential. That background, combined with years of hands‑on photography work, allows me to deliver clean, reliable, and professional results for every project.
