Everything went great! Mr Justin came and fixed the problem with our central air in record time, and on a Sunday to boot. He is very knowledgeable, quick to diagnose and repair, and he let us know some options to make it so we never have this problem again. Options, zero pressure. I have never been more impressed with anyone in HVAC (other than my father) than I was with Mr. Justin. Thank you sir.

Unfortunately I was quoted a price north of $520 for an AC capacitor replacement but due to the arrival of their technician close to 5 pm (the window was 1-5 pm and the ThumbTack appointment was for 1 pm), and given the extremely hot temperatures outside (above 95 degrees), I did not want to wait for more time to call someone else. The tech discounted that price to $475 upon me asking, which I paid knowing that I was not given a fair price but went with it just for the house to cool down. The people I spoke with on the phone were friendly and so was the technician, but I am very unlikely to hire them again.

The first appointment was on time. The technician was polite and professional but did not have the tools needed to properly diagnose the problem. From there…. The return trips were a blunder of miscommunication. I the repair was completed and so far I have not had any issues with the work. In hindsight I should have gotten multiple bids as the price was high.
