Excellent experience. I have used Swan to replace both HVAC systems, re doing duct work upstairs, replacing lighting in Garage and replacing a garbage disposal and toilet, as well as complete Electrical and Plumbing assessments. Quality teams, respectful and upfront. I never feel like they talk down to me as a woman home owner.

We had hvac service, gentlemen Kelly A. was super informative and so helpful we decided to get duct cleaning this weekend. We also had electrical work done. Mike and Andrew did electrical work to have to ceiling fans installed on our pergola. They also added recessed lights causing no damage to ceiling. I recommend this company 100%. They are so awesome we have plumbing work scheduled this weekend. Literally, most of our pro work done through Swan. Thank you!!!
They guys came over and identified the issue. They were cool about it and only charged me the service fee. Greatly appreciated.

SWAN provides upfront pricing upon seeing what the job tasks that are needed onsite and can perform the work the same day in most cases, with the customers approval.
SWAN accepts the following:
-credit card

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SWAN is dedicated to taking care of customers and their homes.
SWAN process:
-obtain customer information and location.
-gain some information about the task that is needed.
-schedule an appointment to have a licensed, background checked and drug screened technician to the home for a consult.
-The SWAN technician will examine the task to be completed and give the customer a cost up front before beginning the work.
-When the customer approves the work to begin, the technician will complete the work in the same day in most cases.
-Completing the work, the SWAN technician will confirm the task is up to the customers standard before invoicing the job.
