He came in less than 24 hrs of sending a message. I took photos of the repairs that needed done and it looks like . He nothing was ever wrong with it. He did a great job repairing the door trim /frame. He even repaired my shutters that were falling off outside all in less than a hr. and I would totally use him again

Exceptional service from start to finish! Emil's wife handled scheduling and coordination with prompt response time, calling almost immediately after I posted on thumbtack, great communication throughout, via phone and texting which I appreciate. Emil arrived exactly on time, was very professional, clarified my preferences and focused on the work. He not only completed the initial job of reversing the swing on a bathroom door, but also went above and beyond to fix a second exterior door that was in a rough state. I had shown it to him expecting only a quote and for him to come back another time and do it because it looked like a lot of work. The garage rear exit door was dragging on the ground, falling off its hinges, and difficult to open and impossible to lock due to termite damage and a deteriorated frame and shifting foundation. Emil assessed the issue, explained the necessary repairs, and provided an estimated cost. He then purchased the necessary materials and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He set up, saw horses, trimmed the door, and despite the challenges, he did a great job of getting the door to function properly, look decent, and lock securely, with no more gaps around the sides. I was impressed that he was able to get it working so well, given the condition it was in. What's more, I received two quotes from other companies just for the door swing job, and the total cost he charged for both doors was $100 less than their quotes for a single job! I'm very satisfied with the hard work and fair honest price and will definitely be hiring Emil again for future projects for my 105 year old house and my elderly aunt's house. Five stars for a job well done!
