Emil was on-time, and his work was very good. He completed several tasks for us, and we were pleased with all of them. He installed a new handle and lock on our front door, provided trouble-shooting on a ceiling fan, added weatherstripping to multiple doors and fixed some outside lighting. On each of these issues, he was quick to diagnose the problem and to identify a fix. We would certainly use him again.

Emil was fantastic! I hired him to help me get my house ready to list on the market, and he knocked out my entire punch list incredibly fast. He repaired a sliding bi fold closet door that had broken off, painted my front door, and fixed the frame and lock so it actually closes properly now. He also filled in cracks, re-caulked the kitchen, and even rewired the smoke detectors. It’s such a relief to have everything done for showings, and the quality of the work is excellent. Highly recommend
