Our pricing is simple and transparent, based on the volume, type of items, and labor required. We provide upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for repeat customers, seniors, and larger jobs. Any additional costs (like heavy or special items) are always explained in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and provide an upfront estimate. Once scheduled, our team arrives on time, reviews the job with you, and confirms the price before starting. We handle all the heavy lifting, sort items for donation or disposal when possible, and leave your space clean. Payment is collected only after the job is complete and you’re satisfied.

We stay up to date on local regulations for waste disposal, recycling, and donations to ensure everything is handled responsibly.
