I provide a Low moisture. , no residue cleaning method for carpets,rugs,upholstery and mattresses. My cleaning method generally dries in 2 hours and comes with a 30 day guarantee. I also clean / seal tile and grout and do wood floor cleaning and recoating. I have been doing many types of fence for 20 years and I guarantee my work thats backed with a warranty. Recently, moved in to have carpets and tile cleaned. Some spots missed due to furniture in the way. Was willing to help him move them but seemed to be in a hurry to finish and leave. Otherwise, areas that were cleaned were good.

What I quote you is what you will pay unless you ask for additional work to be done. The contractors that are charging for every spot that has to be pretreated are simply adding on costs..THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COSTS wiith my company !

They contact me and I respond to them as quickly as possible and find out what their needs are and schedule a time to give the best cleaning and pricing over any of my competition.
