Introduction: We feel like we stand out above other caterers because we care about our food and how it is prepared. We cook only from scratch, we BBQ the old fashioned way, 12 hours on the pit and everything else is made from scratch. We will never take your money or order over the phone, I have to meet my customers in person, you should be comfortable with us and us comfortable with you! We are family owned and we limit our jobs per day so we don't lose the quality and good service, we are not always about the money we make, we care about what you are receiving from us.

find it deeply disturbing on several levels that the woman who"caters" from this facility has such a lengthy criminal history. Mostly theft!! A man who also works and cooks out there, the head cook, (if thats what you want to call whatever it is he does with the meat) also has charges...assault! These people cannot be trusted with your money or catering needs. I had an event scheduled with her as the caterer and she just "forgot" to show up!! We hired Debbie about 6 months ago to cater our wedding this Spring. When we met with her the second time and paid deposit, she said she was going through a divorce and moving. Because of this, I have tried contacting her multiple times in the past 6 months to make sure things were still set. The two phone numbers we had for Debbie are now disconnected. She is not responding to emails at all. At this point, we have been bailed on, apparently. I sure wish the reviews we find now were posted 6 months ago before we even considered giving her any money. Wilco records clearly show a money and property theft on Debbie's record. Clearly, she has also robbed us of our deposit as we can be assured she won't be showing up to cater our wedding. Save yourself the trouble and keep looking for someone legit.

In response to Jamie L.'s review, Deborah Miller is in possession of our stolen horses. Along with that she refuses to return them!! She is currently trying to sell them on Craigslist for $2000. PLEASE....DO NOT BUY THESES HORSES!! One is a black & white paint, the other a palomino. I reviewed the website given in the review, www.wilco.org and found what Jamie L said about theft charges to be true. As for Rowe Valley itself, all I've heard is good things!! Just beware if doing business with Deborah Miller.

Beware of this woman. She is a scam, my son and daughter in law met her at a Starbucks after finding her on craigslist. The hired her and gave her half the money for catering for their wedding. Very long story short she took those poor young kids money and never did the service. I wish everyone who is scammed by this woman go to the BBB website and make a complaint. So sorry to hear this is still happening

What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a family owned catering business and Event Center. We have been in business for 14 years and take pride in our food and service. We do mainly BBQ but have serveral menus to choose from most of which are at or below $10.00 per plate. We have no hidden fees, do not put our clients on time constraints and never charge gratuity!! We have a great staff that has fun with what we do!! Thank you for considering us for your next event!!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently took on a 39 day catering job for a nursing home that lost the use of their kitchen, no other caterers would even consider helping them out. We cooked 3 meals a day for 39 days and never received a single complaint. Every resident in the facility was happy and well fed. It was a very difficult and tedious job to take on with special needs and diets, but we did it and we did it well!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing your caterer please ask lots of questions!! Find out what exactly they will be providing with your meal. Definitely ask how long they will be serving, alot of caterers will only serve for less then an hour and will pack up and leave no matter if your guest have eaten or not. Also ask about leftovers, be specific that you do or do not want your leftovers, we always leave leftovers, you paid for them, they belong to you!! Be sure and go over in detail what you expect with your food and what you expect from the staff serving your food, many times there is lack of communication and the last thing you want is for something to go wrong last minute!
