- What types of customers have you worked with?
We are a family owned catering business and Event Center. We have been in business for 14 years and take pride in our food and service. We do mainly BBQ but have serveral menus to choose from most of which are at or below $10.00 per plate. We have no hidden fees, do not put our clients on time constraints and never charge gratuity!! We have a great staff that has fun with what we do!! Thank you for considering us for your next event!!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently took on a 39 day catering job for a nursing home that lost the use of their kitchen, no other caterers would even consider helping them out. We cooked 3 meals a day for 39 days and never received a single complaint. Every resident in the facility was happy and well fed. It was a very difficult and tedious job to take on with special needs and diets, but we did it and we did it well!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing your caterer please ask lots of questions!! Find out what exactly they will be providing with your meal. Definitely ask how long they will be serving, alot of caterers will only serve for less then an hour and will pack up and leave no matter if your guest have eaten or not. Also ask about leftovers, be specific that you do or do not want your leftovers, we always leave leftovers, you paid for them, they belong to you!! Be sure and go over in detail what you expect with your food and what you expect from the staff serving your food, many times there is lack of communication and the last thing you want is for something to go wrong last minute!
